Casa Vitality is a short 5 minute walk to the beaches of Playa Guiones, and waters that offer the most consistent break in Costa Rica. Playa Guiones has over 330 days per year of rideable surf conditions. Our southwest facing direction will allow you to pickup any swells from 180-300 degrees. We know that you will enjoy the southwest and northwest Pacific swells.
We would be happy to arrange for you any surf lessons you might desire with our instructors. He will be happy to assist any level of surfer.

Mountain Biking
Nosara has become a renowned biking destination, where you can experience multiple climate zones within one biking session. With its lush tropical jungle trails during the rainy season, and dry forest during our summer season, there are trails to be discovered year-round.
If you are new at mountain biking, or a seasoned biker, there are routes for all levels, from 0-27 degree climbs, dirt roads to jungle paths, Nosara is going to be your next favorite biking destination.
Bring down your own bike, or rent one at our local bike rental shop, just don’t forget your biking apparel, but if you do, our bike shop has you covered.
Ask us about our bike tours hosted by one of our local guides, who will take you on a wild ride.

The absence of gravity force and bodyweight allow us to let go and receive the multiple magics of the water element. To help us to reach this state and do it thoughtless, we use floats and a nose clips.

La Leona Waterfall
Located near to the peaceful town of Curubandé in the province of Guanacaste, which sits in the at the footsteps of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. In this tour we will walk along the Rio Blanco that feeds into the La Leona waterfall. The high concentration of minerals in the volcanic water gives the water a striking turquoise colour that is unique to Guanacaste.
Whitewater Rafting
Near the inactive Tenorio Volcano, the waters of the Tenorio River rise and reach speeds perfect for peak enjoyment. Big waves crash over the bow of your raft as you shoot through narrow passages, around sharp turns, and over waterfalls.
The Cascabel Falls point in the Tenorio Rafting tour takes participants over a 12-foot drop that’s sure to leave you both drenched and breathless. The more than 20 rapids on this tour reach Class 3 and 4 speeds at various points, but not to worry — you will have an expert guide to lead the way and make sure all the fun comes with absolute safety.
